Okay, had a story I wanted to share. This summer on a trip from Missouri to St George Island ,Fl our Durango Blower motor went out for the A/C, we were near Montgomery, Al and knew of the Dodge Dealership there, is was a Sat morning at about 11 am when we pulled in and talked with the service lady named "Hope" which we "hoped" would be able to help. They asked us to have a seat and they would look at it. While waiting we were offered pizza, soda and everyone one there was extremely nice to us. This was their second week to have the service department open. [ Whew how lucky]
I went to look for a pamphlet on the Charger, the salesman took me to a "Charger RT" only showroom and we looked at the car, he then said, even knowing we weren't from there ,if I wanted to take a test drive, which I did.
I thought it was awesome that he knew we weren't buying a car, and he might be missing a sale, but still showed me the car.
The Owner even came to us, introduced himself and went back to service to speed up our repair.
